About the role
- Solve product issues and requests raised by customers and partners
- Deploy, manage, and analyze Safetica’s solution to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Provide training and share technical knowledge with customers and partners
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to align product with business needs
- Implement AI in e-learning and Knowledge Base platform to automate and improve the support journey
- Support the USA market and collaborate closely with Customer Support team in Europe (Czech Republic)
- Opportunity to specialize in project implementation, customer success management, and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Support or similar role
- English language proficiency at C1/C2 level
- (Nice to have) Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated personality with ability to suggest improvements
- Knowledge of network and security technologies (VPN, proxy servers)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience managing Windows workstations and servers
- Experience with MS SQL Studio (permissions, database analysis, basic data editing)
- Knowledge of IT security concepts (data protection, sensitive data classification, user access management)
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with macOS and basic macOS troubleshooting
