About the role

  • Responsible for serving as the legal reference for strategic matters, acting in a consultative and preventive manner and supporting all business areas, with special focus on contract management, data protection and compliance, and public procurement (bidding) processes, ensuring our operations remain compliant with applicable laws.
  • Draft, review and adapt contract drafts, amendments and other legal documents to align them with business needs.
  • Critically review customer and supplier contracts, identifying risks and proposing improvements.
  • Participate in negotiation meetings with the commercial team and clients to discuss and align contractual clauses.
  • Perform thorough analysis of tender notices (editais), identifying qualification requirements, deadlines and potential risks.
  • Organize and prepare all documentation required to participate in bidding processes.
  • Draft and follow up requests for clarifications and challenges, and review appeals in partnership with specialized law firms.
  • Act as a point of contact for handling data subject requests (LGPD), in coordination with external counsel.
  • Support the review and update of the company's Privacy Policies and Terms of Use.
  • Keep internal documentation and procedures up to date in line with legislative changes.
  • Provide legal advice to business areas, clarifying questions and guiding day-to-day matters.
  • Develop and maintain an internal legal knowledge base for consultation (templates, legal opinions and guides).
  • Prepare monthly reports with the main departmental indicators for Executive Management.

Requirements

  • Law degree (active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association - OAB);
  • Proven experience in Corporate and Contract Law;
  • Experience in analyzing tender notices and procurement legislation;
  • Training or practical experience in Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and Compliance.
  • **Preferred qualifications:**
  • Experience in IT companies;
  • Postgraduate degree, specialization or certification in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, Compliance or Data Protection (including DPO certification).
