About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, communicate and implement the market vision, including short- and long-term sales and operations plans
- Grow market share and increase brand awareness
- Monitor monthly performance against sales and operations plans and make appropriate adjustments
- Track competition and recommend pricing, services and product offerings
- Work with field sales to identify and develop new business relationships
- Oversee district P&L, manage expenses, maximize profits and minimize losses
- Conduct monthly financial reviews with store leaders
- Lead, motivate and engage a primarily mobile workforce
- Create a positive environment that encourages retention and a strong customer experience
- Partner with national leaders to standardize best practices and drive change management and adoption
- Ensure completion of the annual Talent Review Process and coach under-performing associates
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required
- Valid state-issued driver’s license required
- 6+ years of leadership experience in an operations and sales environment
- Auto aftermarket experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and operations techniques/expertise
- Ability to indirectly lead, coach and achieve results through others
- Ability to develop associates so that they meet individual/career goals alongside organizational KPIs
- Professional appearance and use of personal protective equipment
- Ability to travel up to 50%
