About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, communicate and implement the market vision, including short- and long-term sales and operations plans
  • Grow market share and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor monthly performance against sales and operations plans and make appropriate adjustments
  • Track competition and recommend pricing, services and product offerings
  • Work with field sales to identify and develop new business relationships
  • Oversee district P&L, manage expenses, maximize profits and minimize losses
  • Conduct monthly financial reviews with store leaders
  • Lead, motivate and engage a primarily mobile workforce
  • Create a positive environment that encourages retention and a strong customer experience
  • Partner with national leaders to standardize best practices and drive change management and adoption
  • Ensure completion of the annual Talent Review Process and coach under-performing associates
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license required
  • 6+ years of leadership experience in an operations and sales environment
  • Auto aftermarket experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and operations techniques/expertise
  • Ability to indirectly lead, coach and achieve results through others
  • Ability to develop associates so that they meet individual/career goals alongside organizational KPIs
  • Professional appearance and use of personal protective equipment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
