About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Oversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate records and candidate data in Workday and other systems
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Follow-up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring steps
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred
