About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute regional or national field sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across assigned territories.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and frontline sales representatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
  • Implement talent development plans, succession planning, and performance management processes.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing to align on demand generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed field sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth or transformation environments.
  • Travel required: 25-40% travel.
