About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide community-based behavioral health assessment services
  • Conduct intake assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, and required screenings for children, adolescents, and families
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide services in a variety of settings, including the office, home, school, and other community locations
  • Complete intake paperwork, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and all required screenings
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and gather relevant clinical, family, educational, medical, and social history
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Attend and actively participate in required supervision sessions, clinical meetings, staff meetings, and trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Registered Associate or fully licensed clinician preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist)
  • Must have an active Texas Licensure or be fully licensed
  • Experience conducting mental health assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and treatment planning at least 2 years
  • Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention
  • Comfortable with technology (Zoom, Electronic Medical Records, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
