Key responsibilities & impact

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs as designed by the BCBA
Collect accurate and timely session data
Assist clients with communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and team meetings as required
Complete documentation and session notes accurately and on time
Follow all ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active RBT certification required
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of RBT experience required
Experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, dependable, and organized
Passion for helping children and families
Ability to receive and implement feedback from supervisors
