About the role

  • Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions under supervision.
  • Participate in client intake, assessment, and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and ethical standards.
  • Attend and actively participate in supervision, staff meetings, and case consultations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support client treatment goals.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality, ethical, and professional standards (HIPAA, NASW, ACA, etc.).
  • Engage in ongoing learning, training, and reflection to enhance clinical skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to client care or professional development.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Approved by university or academic program to complete a practicum or internship placement.
  • Demonstrated interest in providing mental health services and working with diverse populations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
