About the role

  • Join the Product Design team at SafeLabs;
  • Collaborate with Product Owners (PO) and cross-functional teams including development, cybersecurity, project management, commercial/sales, marketing, and others;
  • Conduct user interviews and research to gather feedback and identify improvements;
  • Design wireframes, interaction models, and mockups;
  • Create interfaces and communication materials;
  • Create and validate low- and high-fidelity prototypes;
  • Deliver specifications to developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, Digital Interfaces, or related fields;
  • Experience with interface design and prototyping tools, especially Figma;
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles;
  • Experience creating layouts for mobile applications;
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools;
  • Experience developing wireframes and prototypes;
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS;
  • Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools;
  • Understanding of metrics, product discovery, and other frameworks that support product and feature development;
  • Multidisciplinary and proactive mindset;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Agile certifications from widely recognized organizations such as Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, and PMI (a plus);
  • Advanced English (a plus).
