Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in a consulting firm, agency, or design studio
Degree from a design school, business school, or engineering school
Strong expertise in experience design and/or product design
Ability to drive and uphold a strategic design vision
Business development experience (ideally focused on design/product topics)
Experience managing creative, multidisciplinary teams
Product mindset and agile delivery experience
Sensitivity to tech and AI issues as applied to design
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
