About the role

  • Lead the Factory and drive growth
  • Own and drive the Factory’s strategic vision in alignment with executive management.
  • Structure and expand the Factory offering (design, tech, product).
  • Develop and manage the commercial pipeline of prospects.
  • Ensure profitability and manage the P&L.
  • Act as a delivery leader
  • Contribute directly to high‑impact engagements: scoping, experience design, MVPs, and agile delivery.
  • Be hands‑on: produce deliverables, support clients, and resolve pain points.
  • Ensure the quality, relevance and impact of interventions.
  • Own client relationships
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for key accounts.
  • Understand clients’ business and technological challenges to propose concrete solutions.
  • Co‑design innovation journeys, from the initial need to implementation.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team (designers, developers, PO/PMs…).
  • Develop individual and collective skills.
  • Foster a climate of trust, co‑creation and supportive high standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in a consulting firm, agency or studio
  • Degree from a top engineering, business or design school
  • Passionate about experience design, technology and innovation
  • Combine strategic vision with a delivery culture
  • Solid experience in consulting firms or agencies, with a track record of commercial growth and/or business unit leadership
  • Experience managing a P&L and familiarity with business realities (profitability, staffing, delivery, etc.)
  • Comfortable leading executive steering committees as well as supporting product teams
  • Recognized for your ability to get things done, natural leadership and results orientation without sacrificing the human element
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in international environments
