Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a consulting firm, agency, or design studio.
- Degree from a design school, business school, or engineering school.
- Strong expertise in experience design and/or product design.
- Ability to champion a strategic vision for design.
- Experience in business development (ideally on design/product topics).
- Experience managing creative, multidisciplinary teams.
- Product-oriented mindset and experience with agile delivery.
- Familiarity with technology and AI applications in design.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
