About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide independent measurement and reporting of cybersecurity compliance
- Ensure implementation, operations, and delivery of cybersecurity controls
- Coordinate with cybersecurity architect for compliance
- Perform continuous assessment and communicate gaps
- Manage regulatory mappings for business operations
- Establish compliance and assessment program
- Manage assurance testing cycle based on criticality and risk
- Develop and maintain evidence requirements and quality standards
- Report compliance and effectiveness gaps
- Manage assurance findings register
- Prepare and execute internal and external audits
- Offer evidence governance for audits and regulators
- Conduct training sessions on compliance awareness
- Act as focal point for high assurance IT/OT projects
- Design and execute assurance control testing programs
- Identify external assessment needs and manage related contracts
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS or MA in computer science, information security, cybersecurity or a related field
- 7+ years It audit, cybersecurity assurance, or other compliance roles.
- Experience with regulatory environments

- Strong knowledge of cyber security framework and controls
