About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define, Plan & Coordinate all activities for Capital & Materials related to his discipline
- Comply with GAS Operation Management System (OMS)
- Ensure the availability of all stock and non-stock materials
- Utilize MDRM system to create / update material
- Follow up and Expedite ordering & availability of required materials
- Perform technical evaluation of received bids / offers
- Inspect materials upon receipt
- Follow-up with procurement for rejected materials resolution
- Expedite Refurbishment process
- Coordinate with GPS, Vendor, OEM, Logistics, etc.
- Identify stock items, lead-time overseas orders,
- Expedite SES / GR once materials are received
- Ensure that all Turnaround materials are available
- Arrange issuance of palletized materials
- Continually improving knowledge
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree in engineering
- 5 years’ experience in process industry assets / materials management
- Hands-on experience in SAP
- Effective Communication skills
- Microsoft office applications and SAP
- Material Management Software (MDRM)
- Expert in reading Equipment data sheet & Drawings
