About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the organization for CAPEX planning, financing and accounting and to optimize budgeting and cost expenditure for monitoring and control of resources
Develop, maintain, and coordinate 3 Year CAP EX planning with internal and external SABTANK stakeholders and corporate functions
Evaluate unplanned CAPEX and prioritize projects budgets accordingly for the 3 SABTANK affiliates and its 14 users
Prepare Project justification based on company risk assessment and business planning
Monitor projects spending and improve/suggest cost control tools
Give recommendation in improving the budgeting strategy
Project Accounting and finance internally and alongside corporate functions for Asset creation and AuC balancing
Ensure proper accounting treatment for projects
Invoicing and invoice tracking
Project Assurance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Minimum Experience: 5-9 years of experience
Functional, Technical, and basic knowledge in centralized integrated computer systems like SAP and Microsoft office
Master preferred
Three to eight years various practical and Management experience in project and/or business management
Good command over computer software and programs
