About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and implement the SBU Strategy by developing and managing a portfolio of strategic, international customers
- Achieve the SBU objectives of the different business groups
- Lead the Polymers sales in the region by introducing new products based on SABIC Business restructuring and segmentation
- Introduce, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in Morocco and West Africa for Polymers
- Ensure sales are performed with the best net back to the company
- Communicate with concerned BU regarding allocation, pricing and major problems
- Supervise all related BU sales responsible
- Provide various BUs with clear, reliable and on time information about market environment
- Regular market visits in region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
- Fluent English & French
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
