About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and implement the SBU Strategy by developing and managing a portfolio of strategic, international customers
  • Achieve the SBU objectives of the different business groups
  • Lead the Polymers sales in the region by introducing new products based on SABIC Business restructuring and segmentation
  • Introduce, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in Morocco and West Africa for Polymers
  • Ensure sales are performed with the best net back to the company
  • Communicate with concerned BU regarding allocation, pricing and major problems
  • Supervise all related BU sales responsible
  • Provide various BUs with clear, reliable and on time information about market environment
  • Regular market visits in region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
  • Fluent English & French
  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
