About the role

  • Oversee day-to-day management and performance of site infrastructure systems, including HVAC and mechanical systems, site utilities, and structural and building systems
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Provide engineering advice and technical guidance to the Contracts team during tender preparation, supplier selection, and contract reviews
  • Evaluate asset condition, performance trends, and lifecycle requirements
  • Develop and maintain a 5–10 year asset management and capital expenditure (CAPEX) plan
  • Support and lead facilities improvement projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and asset records
  • Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and operational reliability across the site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing diverse site infrastructure systems, HVAC equipment, and building/facilities assets
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and capital planning
  • Experience collaborating with contracting or procurement teams is an advantage
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to issue resolution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
