About the role
- Oversee day-to-day management and performance of site infrastructure systems, including HVAC and mechanical systems, site utilities, and structural and building systems
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Provide engineering advice and technical guidance to the Contracts team during tender preparation, supplier selection, and contract reviews
- Evaluate asset condition, performance trends, and lifecycle requirements
- Develop and maintain a 5–10 year asset management and capital expenditure (CAPEX) plan
- Support and lead facilities improvement projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and asset records
- Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and operational reliability across the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing diverse site infrastructure systems, HVAC equipment, and building/facilities assets
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and capital planning
- Experience collaborating with contracting or procurement teams is an advantage
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to issue resolution
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
