About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

lead & facilitate RIS analysis on the company’s selected system
work as focal point for all RIS Activity
insure the implementation & Effectiveness of RIS recommendations
update all analysis to achieve SHARQ Reliability KPI’s
develop & maintain Quality procedures for RIS of plant assets
collection, preparation, review and utilization of technical data related to selected Operational systems of the plants
facilitate the RIS team members for all RIS methodology related supports
communicate with SABIC MCE for all requirements, feedbacks, KPIs and system improvements
prepare annual RIS reports
monitor RIS effectiveness
carry out special tasks to improve personnel orientation

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS Degree in control system Engineering or Equivalent
5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas/petrochemical/refinery plant’s in maintenance
major period of independent trouble shooting and technical solutions of Polyethylene, Ethylene Glycol, Utility and Olefins plants
worked on SAP
MS Office proficiency
SAP Functions Knowledge
Meridium analysis Tools Knowledge
Reliability Procedures Knowledge
must acquire statistical methods to analyze the data for large data analysis
good knowledge in Environment Health & Safety standards and risk management tools
