About the role

  • lead & facilitate RIS analysis on the company’s selected system
  • work as focal point for all RIS Activity
  • insure the implementation & Effectiveness of RIS recommendations
  • update all analysis to achieve SHARQ Reliability KPI’s
  • develop & maintain Quality procedures for RIS of plant assets
  • collection, preparation, review and utilization of technical data related to selected Operational systems of the plants
  • facilitate the RIS team members for all RIS methodology related supports
  • communicate with SABIC MCE for all requirements, feedbacks, KPIs and system improvements
  • prepare annual RIS reports
  • monitor RIS effectiveness
  • carry out special tasks to improve personnel orientation

Requirements

  • BS Degree in control system Engineering or Equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas/petrochemical/refinery plant’s in maintenance
  • major period of independent trouble shooting and technical solutions of Polyethylene, Ethylene Glycol, Utility and Olefins plants
  • worked on SAP
  • MS Office proficiency
  • SAP Functions Knowledge
  • Meridium analysis Tools Knowledge
  • Reliability Procedures Knowledge
  • must acquire statistical methods to analyze the data for large data analysis
  • good knowledge in Environment Health & Safety standards and risk management tools
