About the role
- lead & facilitate RIS analysis on the company’s selected system
- work as focal point for all RIS Activity
- insure the implementation & Effectiveness of RIS recommendations
- update all analysis to achieve SHARQ Reliability KPI’s
- develop & maintain Quality procedures for RIS of plant assets
- collection, preparation, review and utilization of technical data related to selected Operational systems of the plants
- facilitate the RIS team members for all RIS methodology related supports
- communicate with SABIC MCE for all requirements, feedbacks, KPIs and system improvements
- prepare annual RIS reports
- monitor RIS effectiveness
- carry out special tasks to improve personnel orientation
Requirements
- BS Degree in control system Engineering or Equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas/petrochemical/refinery plant’s in maintenance
- major period of independent trouble shooting and technical solutions of Polyethylene, Ethylene Glycol, Utility and Olefins plants
- worked on SAP
- MS Office proficiency
- SAP Functions Knowledge
- Meridium analysis Tools Knowledge
- Reliability Procedures Knowledge
- must acquire statistical methods to analyze the data for large data analysis
- good knowledge in Environment Health & Safety standards and risk management tools
