About the role

  • Analyze, interpret, and report complex financial data, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP or IFRS standards.
  • Research accounting guidance for revenue recognition, managing audits, preparing technical memos, and assisting with M&A.
  • Prepare complex financial statements, support SEC reporting readiness, and manage relationships with external auditors.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) through due diligence, purchase price allocation, and post-merger integration.
  • Evaluate equity/liability instruments, stock-based compensation (ASC 718), and lease agreements (ASC 842).
  • Develop and implement internal controls and financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
