About the role

  • Perform access management activities, including granting, modifying, locking/unlocking and removing access to corporate systems.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews, certifications, and respond to audit requests.
  • Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analyses and contribute to defining and monitoring controls and mitigation rules.
  • Support internal and external audits, particularly those related to SOX and internal access controls.
  • Interact with business units to understand requirements and to adjust and remediate access profiles.
  • Support projects and initiatives to integrate systems with IAM and PAM solutions.
  • Prepare, maintain and update process documentation, operational procedures and internal controls related to access management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
  • Solid experience in operational identity and access management (IAM);
  • Knowledge of directory and authentication platforms (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, etc.);
  • Familiarity with access management tools and approval workflows;
  • Knowledge of role-based security (RBAC) and least privilege principles;
  • Experience with periodic access reviews, segregation of duties and exception handling;
  • Experience documenting processes and supporting audits.
