About the role
- Support the execution of internal audits for construction projects and engineering processes, focusing on technical compliance, quality control, safety, and adherence to corporate standards and policies.
- Assist in conducting audits of construction sites, engineering services, industrial maintenance, technical projects, and processes.
- Assist in operational audits.
- Gather and organize evidence, technical documents, and records.
- Perform compliance tests against technical standards and regulations (ABNT, ISO, NR).
- Support the preparation of working papers and audit reports.
- Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor corrective action plans with audited areas.
- Participate in physical inventories and technical site visits.
- Assess environmental licensing and construction processes, water and sewage treatment processes, and water quality control.
Requirements
- Basic experience in site supervision or technical auditing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of technical and regulatory standards (e.g., NR-10, NR-12, ISO 9001).
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
- Minimum of 1 year in current position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Desirable: knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Availability to travel.
- Differentials: experience in internal or external audits of engineering projects.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and risk management.
