About the role

  • Plan and perform audits on construction sites, engineering services, industrial maintenance and technical processes.
  • Assess compliance with technical standards (ABNT, ISO, NR), contracts, schedules and budgets.
  • Verify adherence to quality, safety, environmental and compliance policies.
  • Conduct interviews with engineers, project managers and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports with findings, recommendations and action plans.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support technical investigations and failure analyses in projects.
  • Participate in the development of risk and control matrices for technical areas.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in management or oversight of civil infrastructure construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge of project management (PMBOK, MS Project), quality control and technical standards.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and process mapping (Power BI).
  • Experience with construction processes using MND.
  • Experience in pricing/cost estimating of construction works and engineering services.
  • Preferable knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and construction management platforms.
  • Availability to travel.
