About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the production process for learning assessments;
Assemble bimonthly assessments and other evaluation instruments;
Review, edit, and create assessment items and questions;
Analyze instructional materials and ensure adherence to pedagogical specifications;
Critically evaluate content and questions to ensure quality and alignment with established guidelines;
Participate in pedagogical meetings and contribute to the development of educational projects;
Serve as the interface with service providers and internal and external collaborators;
Monitor schedules and ensure delivery deadlines are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura or Bachelor’s) in fields such as Languages (Letras), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, or related areas;
Experience in the educational publishing market;
Experience in developing and/or reviewing educational assessment items;
Knowledge of the educational publishing process;
Familiarity with assessment frameworks, especially ENEM and SAEB;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Word and Excel;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
