About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of AI apps, automations, and internal tools for global clients
Architect systems, integrations, and scalable application structures
Collaborate directly with business & IT stakeholders to design technical solutions
Mentor and support junior developers and ensure best practices
Build and maintain Custom Components
Review code and ensure quality, performance, and security standards
Develop strategies to extend and improve no-code/low-code integrations
Write and maintain clear technical documentation
Stay current with modern development, AI, and automation technologies
Support planning, estimation, and delivery of projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates with full working rights for Thailand
Fluent in English
5+ years in full-stack development
Experience in leading a technical team or mentoring developers
Strong experience designing software architecture for web or mobile
Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS; experience with React is a strong plus
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or Snowflake preferred)
Strong API design & integration experience
Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodology
Experience with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making
A master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
