About the role

  • Installation, maintenance, and administration of digital audio systems as well as studio audio equipment for radio and television
  • Active and cooperative participation in the planning, design, and implementation of modern audio systems

Requirements

  • Degree in communications engineering (FH/TH) or equivalent Bachelor/Master degree with a focus on media technology, or completed technical training with a media-technical background
  • Solid knowledge of analog and digital audio technology (e.g., AES, MoIP, A/D and D/A conversion, tally control, GPIO)
  • Practical experience with matrix routers, signal routing, and automation systems
  • Confident handling of modern mixing console systems, e.g., LAWO or DSA
  • High resilience and the ability to work reliably and in a structured way, even under time pressure
  • Analytical thinking
