About the role

  • Technical support and further development of ARD's newsletter and push platforms
  • API development for systematic data exchange within the ARD network
  • Development of innovative features
  • Testing, monitoring and documenting developed software
  • Evaluating and testing innovations, new techniques, delivery channels and technology stacks

Requirements

  • Relevant IT-related education
  • Excellent knowledge of OOP PHP (> 8.0) and/or Node.js is mandatory
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • MySQL / MariaDB
  • Good knowledge of Bootstrap and Angular/Ionic
  • Debian, Docker, Docker Swarm, NGINX
  • GitLab and sprint-based development
  • Basic understanding of mail transfer agents
  • Confident handling of Kubernetes / kubectl
  • Deployment pipelines
  • Systematic working style and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in agile ways
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
