About the role
- 18‑month hands‑on journalistic training across audio, video, online and social media
- Shooting and editing your own films

Requirements
- You have a flair for storytelling — in video, audio, online or social media
- You can develop ideas and enjoy researching, reporting or presenting
- You are familiar with digital platforms, channels and trends
- You are eager to learn, open to constructive feedback and enjoy working in a team
- You bring curiosity and clear journalistic talent
- A university degree is a plus but not required
- Vocational training in the media sector after secondary school (Abitur) or 3–4 years of professional experience would be an advantage
