About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performs the installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration of software applications with specific focus on Windows systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Provides support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal/external teams.
Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience troubleshooting software issues required.
Knowledge of DISA STIGS and how to implement required.
CompTIA Security+ certification required (must show proof of cert prior to interview)
Application installation/configuration/administration experience on Windows-based systems required, experience with large-scale/complex app configuration a plus.
BS/BA or AS/AA degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
Active/Interim TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI.
