About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Continue, maintain, update and ensure adherence of the quality management system to the routines of departments and construction sites
Develop and review procedures, work instructions, forms and execution standards
Manage nonconformities through root cause analysis, action plans and verification of effectiveness
Define, collect and report quality indicators to the Executive Board, providing a critical interpretation of the numbers
Support construction sites in meeting contractual quality requirements for public and private clients
Work with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental, Contract Management and Internal Audit
Map departmental processes and identify bottlenecks, rework and activities that can be automated
Prioritize and execute initiatives based on concrete returns, such as hours saved, error reduction and schedule gains
Implement assistants, agents, integrations and automated AI-driven workflows together with process owners
Maintain and evolve the AI training program, delivering training and supporting employees in practical application
Measure and report initiative gains with defensible metrics
Connect business areas with IT for integration with existing systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields
Hands-on expertise with generative AI tools applied to work, including prompt engineering and designing workflows
Experience in process mapping and redesign
Experience in quality management, standardization of procedures, nonconformity handling and metrics
Proven experience in training and upskilling teams, preferably with senior professionals
Availability to travel to construction sites
Experience in construction, heavy infrastructure or industry is desirable
Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies desirable
Familiarity with system automation and integration, APIs, no-code/low-code tools, Power Platform or similar is desirable
Familiarity with ERPs and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is desirable
