About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Calculate and verify the monthly payroll,
- Calculate and verify labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, RAT, third-party contributions);
- Handle submission, verification, and closing processes for eSocial, EFD-Reinf, and DCTFWeb;
- Ensure compliance with current labor, social security, and tax legislation;
- Perform analyses, checks, and reconciliations of payroll and related charges;
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and requests from legal and accounting teams;
- Support standardization and continuous improvement of payroll processes;
- Provide support to managers and employees, addressing payroll- and charge-related inquiries;
- Serve as a technical point of reference for more junior analysts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields);
- Strong experience in payroll;
- Proficiency in payroll calculations, labor charges, and ancillary obligations;
- In-depth knowledge of eSocial, EFD-Reinf, and DCTFWeb;
- Experience calculating variable compensation (RV);
- Advanced knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., TOTVS or similar);
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
