About the role
- Independently identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in the SaaS space
- Analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solution scenarios together with presales
- Manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, master agreements, and tenders
- Actively network and participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience – ideally in B2B (SaaS, logistics, SCM, IT, or similar)
- Strong sales drive with a hunter mentality and an aptitude for complex sales cycles
- Ability to communicate technical content clearly and persuasively
- Structured, self-organized work style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German/English)
