About the role

  • Independently identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in the SaaS space
  • Analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solution scenarios together with presales
  • Manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, master agreements, and tenders
  • Actively network and participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience – ideally in B2B (SaaS, logistics, SCM, IT, or similar)
  • Strong sales drive with a hunter mentality and an aptitude for complex sales cycles
  • Ability to communicate technical content clearly and persuasively
  • Structured, self-organized work style with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German/English)
