About the role

  • Undertake general health and safety risk assessments for commercial and residential property sector
  • Provide consultancy support and advice to clients
  • Split work between site-based visits and home-based report writing and client assistance
  • Travel to sites as required; manage diaries pre-planned to support work-life balance
  • Collaborate with Senior Consultants and industry managing agents
  • Use market-leading software to produce risk assessments and reports

Requirements

  • High level qualification and relevant experience in H&S, Environmental Health, or related subject
  • Experience in undertaking site based Health & Safety Risk Assessments
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant UK standards and codes
  • Proven technical ability
  • Good report writing, IT and communication skills
  • Desirable professional memberships: Chartered Membership of IOSH or CIEH CertIOSH Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
  • Full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel to sites
  • Right to work in the UK (S2 cannot sponsor applicants)
