About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify new customers and business opportunities
- Provide technical and commercial advice to our customers
- Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions
- Prepare and present proposals and solution concepts
- Work closely with technical, project, and consulting teams
- Support the entire sales process through to contract conclusion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical or commercial vocational training or degree (e.g., IT, Business Informatics/Information Systems, Sales)
- Experience in technical sales, ideally in the IT sector
- Good understanding of IT infrastructures, cloud services, or managed services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
- Confident presence and enthusiasm for sales and technology
- Fluent German and good English skills
