About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the subject-matter reference for SAP BusinessObjects topics
- Perform enhancement and maintenance of SAP BO universes and associated data load processes
- Contribute to the redesign, optimization and evolution of existing universes
- Support migration of universes from UDT to IDT (Universe Design Tool to Information Design Tool)
- Create new universes based on business requirements
- Implement and operate data consistency and quality controls
- Support users in the design and use of reports
- Participate in requirements analysis and in the continuous improvement of the BI platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a business intelligence/decision-support environment
- Strong proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects (universes, modeling, maintenance and evolution of BO environments)
- Good SQL skills
- Ability to understand business requirements
- Meticulous approach to data quality management
- Autonomy in managing BI topics and projects
- Knowledge of Talend (Open Studio or Data Fabric Cloud) and/or Power BI is a strong asset
