About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and unite a community of developers specialized in inter-application data flows
- Manage interface development (effort estimation, implementation, coordination with external partners, support during testing and acceptance)
- Design and develop complex, high-value data flows
- Provide technical expertise on complex issues: incident resolution, code reviews, continuous improvement of practices
- Contribute to the definition and validation of IT architecture deliverables (data exchange diagrams, interface specifications, technical documentation and repositories)
- Work closely with application owners and operations teams to optimize the reliability and performance of data flows
- Define, document and enforce development standards and deployment processes
- Participate in the technical scoping and sizing of the integration platform in coordination with IT architecture
- Coach and upskill internal teams on integration and data governance topics
- Oversee configuration, operation and monitoring of services deployed on the platform in compliance with security requirements
- Ensure the data lifecycle complies with applicable regulations (GDPR)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (minimum Bac+3)
- At least 5 years of experience working with Talend environments
- Solid experience with integration and interfacing technologies for information systems
- Proficient in Talend Data Fabric, with expertise in ESB components
- Good knowledge of databases and related languages (SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL…)
- Familiarity with tools such as BODS or ODI is a plus
- Autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work cross-functionally between business and technical teams.
