About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for individual phases of an M&A process
- Preparing investment teasers and information memoranda
- Developing tailored, actionable M&A strategies with investors and companies
- Modeling business plans, conducting company valuations and integrating financial models
- Preparing decision documents and presenting them internally and to clients
- Supporting business development through studies and pitch preparation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable field
- Experience in Corporate Finance, at an M&A boutique or in investment banking
- Exceptionally strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Confident communication in German and English
- Excellent MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- High degree of personal responsibility and drive; enjoys working in small teams
