About the role
- Design packaging across our physical products: testing kits, product bags, inserts, and supporting collateral.
- Conceptualize, design, and plan social media posts.
- Create graphics for the Rythm website, app, and customer dashboard.
- Design physical event materials: flyers, wristbands, banners, booth graphics, signage.
- Craft merch and apparel concepts for the team, ambassadors, and athletes.
- Collaborate directly with the founders to evolve visual identity.
Requirements
- Must live in the US permanently
- Communicate clearly in English
- Can do this job without the support of AI
- Portfolio of work that you can share and describe in detail
- Understand health and wellness culture intuitively
- Move fast, give clear feedback, and can ship high-quality work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
- Obsess with learning and design is also a hobby
- Fluent in Figma
- Do the design yourself and don’t outsource to someone
