About the role
- Own the end-to-end user interface design across Rythm’s core digital experiences: website, web dashboard, and mobile app.
- Build intuitive, frictionless user flows that make health data feel simple, empowering, and beautiful.
- Create scalable design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns that evolve with the product.
- Partner directly with product, engineering, and brand to ensure visual and functional consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct quick usability reviews and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Ensure every pixel, transition, and layout feels on-brand, modern, and human.
Requirements
- Live and work in the U.S. and communicate clearly in English.
- Can do this job without the support of AI.
- Have a portfolio of work that you can share and describe in detail.
- You can own and evolve the full dashboard experience across web and mobile.
- Understand health and wellness culture intuitively.
- Move fast, give clear feedback, and can ship high-quality work without getting stuck in perfectionist wormholes.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where procedures are not clearly defined.
- Are obsessed with learning and design is also a hobby for you, not just a job.
- Are fluent in Figma.
- Do the design yourself and don’t outsource to someone on Upwork, etc.
- Bonus: You are extremely fluent with Framer.
