About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing machine concepts and preparing necessary documentation such as concept sketches, machine layouts, and cost estimates
- Creating project-specific requirement specifications for process modules, as well as for upstream and downstream equipment related to our machines
- Preparing cost calculations while taking customer needs into account
- Supporting Sales Managers in negotiations by providing expert knowledge and conceptual advice
- Maintaining curated and classified information (market, suppliers, technologies, trends) in the central database
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical vocational training with further education as an FH engineer or HF technician
- Professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in the Pharma & Diagnostics sector
- Strong customer orientation and an independent, precise working style
- Enjoy interacting with customers and suppliers
- Excellent written and spoken German and fluent English
- Professional appearance and good manners
- Basic knowledge of 3D CAD systems (SolidEdge or similar)
- Proficient with MS Office applications and visualization tools (Visio, AutoCAD)
