About the role

  • Design and collaboratively implement software solutions with multiple engineering teams
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leads and Software Architects within the Technology Division
  • Shape technical architecture and roadmaps
  • Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and standards
  • Evolve development processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks before they become problems
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies that could benefit the organisation

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in complex application development, implementation, and support
  • Proven ability to provide design and coding leadership while fostering team growth
  • Hands-on experience with highly available, scalable, high-performance cloud solutions (AWS/Azure)
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, TypeScript, and Python
  • Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Exceptional communication: You can explain complex concepts to anyone
  • Stakeholder management: You build trust and manage expectations naturally
  • Presentation skills: You inspire confidence when presenting to leadership
