About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assume full ownership and accountability for a portfolio of key client accounts, driving commercial performance, revenue growth, and long-term value creation while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client strategies, business challenges, and financial drivers to proactively identify, shape, and prioritize high-impact, value-led opportunities.
  • Create and execute comprehensive, multi-year strategic account plans aligned to client objectives and internal growth targets, with clear revenue, margin, and expansion goals.
  • Lead strategic selling initiatives within existing accounts, identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in close partnership with Business Development and Pre-Sales teams.
  • Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle—from opportunity development through deal structuring, negotiation, and close—ensuring strong financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and operational excellence.

  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex delivery environments and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent problem‑solving capability with a proactive approach to risk management.
