Senior Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assume full ownership and accountability for a portfolio of key client accounts, driving commercial performance, revenue growth, and long-term value creation while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of client strategies, business challenges, and financial drivers to proactively identify, shape, and prioritize high-impact, value-led opportunities.
- Create and execute comprehensive, multi-year strategic account plans aligned to client objectives and internal growth targets, with clear revenue, margin, and expansion goals.
- Lead strategic selling initiatives within existing accounts, identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in close partnership with Business Development and Pre-Sales teams.
- Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle—from opportunity development through deal structuring, negotiation, and close—ensuring strong financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and operational excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional relationship‑building skills, including confidence engaging at C‑suite level.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex delivery environments and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent problem‑solving capability with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Ability to develop compelling value propositions and articulate strategic insights to clients and internal teams.
