About the role
- To manage all assigned projects in the most efficient manner possible
- To ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately revenue growth
- Through effective written and verbal communication ensure that project teams are clear to the scope, complexity and expectations of clients for all projects
- Ensure that clients are kept fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects
- Running projects within the specified range of project management activities, such as:
- Resource planning
- Organizing and motivating a project team
- Controlling time management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitoring progress
- Managing reports and necessary documentation
Requirements
- English language skills are needed at B2/C1
- German speaking skills also needed
- Experience in localization project management
- Good level of understanding of the O365 product suite
- Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork
- Computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to details and work under pressure
