About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across LATAM and the US
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand each role
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • Deliver well-balanced, competitive shortlists by using a mix of sourcing channels
  • Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the global TA team to support hiring needs in other regions
  • Contribute to cross-regional initiatives due to improvements in tools, processes, and overall recruitment efficiency

Requirements

  • Fluent English - both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in end to end recruitment, ideally in a regional or global setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Willingness to learn about recruitment practices and labor markets in different countries
  • Collaborative mindset, with openness to support hiring needs outside of the NASA region
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Continuous improvement mindset
