About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across LATAM and the US
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand each role
- Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders
- Deliver well-balanced, competitive shortlists by using a mix of sourcing channels
- Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Collaborate with the global TA team to support hiring needs in other regions
- Contribute to cross-regional initiatives due to improvements in tools, processes, and overall recruitment efficiency
Requirements
- Fluent English - both written and spoken
- Proven experience in end to end recruitment, ideally in a regional or global setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Willingness to learn about recruitment practices and labor markets in different countries
- Collaborative mindset, with openness to support hiring needs outside of the NASA region
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Continuous improvement mindset
