About the role

  • Conduct in-depth reviews to identify and/or confirm any instances of fraudulent activity within our global workforce
  • Document specific patterns identified and maintain a proactive fraud detection process across all locales and programs for Train AI
  • Recommend corrective or preventive actions to help reduce quality impacts related to fraudulent activity
  • Evaluate emerging threats and industry trends to anticipate risks and continuously improve security measures
  • Support audits and/or compliance initiatives related to security and fraud prevention
  • Help educate internal teams on specific insights gained during reviews
  • Possibly assist with onboarding fraud checks for larger time-sensitive ramps

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security, Risk Management, IT, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in security, fraud prevention, risk management, quality management, or related roles
  • Experience in distributed workforce, BPO, AI or Machine Learning, or large-scale digital program environments is highly desirable
  • Very good communication skills & high attention to detail
  • Good at problem-solving and offering proactive solutions
  • Ability to collaborate, remotely, to help solve day-to-day tasks
  • Ability to manipulate data, with skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheet required; Advanced skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheet preferred
  • Willingness to learn and pursue continued training in industry trends and fraud detection methods
  • Fluent English – you will be working as a part of an international team and English is our work language
