About the role
- Define and own the product roadmap for the internal worker onboarding system
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate AI into onboarding workflows
- Partner with UX teams to ensure the system is intuitive and optimized for a global workforce
- Work closely with engineering and operations team to deliver a secure and scalable solution
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specs and user stories
- Implement analytics to monitor onboarding efficiency, worker engagement, and system performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience as a Product Manager in internal tools, workforce platforms, or enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance, and user experience design
- Experience with AI-driven product development or working with machine learning teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML data labeling or training workflows is a plus.
