About the role
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting their specific business goals and technical requirements
- Design and implement viable and scalable data acquisition and annotation workflows and solutions
- Respond to customer RFPs, RFIs and requests for innovative solutions
- Present compelling solutions to enterprise clients
- Utilize technical tools and platforms for solution development and integration
- Develop and adapt strategic plans to align with client goals
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for solution development and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong experience related to solution architecture or similar, at least 2 years focused on pre-sales solutioning
- Data service experience is highly preferred
- Great communication skills, fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with business partners
- Strategic thinking, business-oriented, excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong data analysis skills: proficient in Excel, experience in using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while working under pressure
