About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support and maintenance for US Payroll in an SAP environment
  • Work with Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll / ECP)
  • Ensure end-to-end execution and completion of payroll processing cycles
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes related to US payroll
  • Analyze and implement SAP Notes and HR support package updates
  • Work with SAP HCM Time Management, including management and processing of CATS data
  • Support and oversee developments and customizations related to payroll
  • Manage and resolve SAP Payroll incidents and service requests
  • Perform analysis and support for customizations in the Payroll Driver
  • Handle payroll integration and posting to SAP Finance
  • Support bank transfer and payment processes
  • Work with legal and regulatory payroll reporting
  • Perform configurations and maintenance in SPRO, Schema/PCR and PCC within EC Payroll
  • Identify root causes of issues and propose solutions
  • Support testing, validation and deployment of improvements in the production environment
  • Provide technical leadership to the team while maintaining a hands-on approach to support and issue resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience with SAP Payroll
  • Proven experience with US Payroll
  • Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management
  • Experience with CATS
  • Knowledge of SPRO, Schema, PCR and PCC
  • Experience with Payroll Driver and related customizations
  • Understanding of integration between SAP Payroll and SAP Finance
  • Experience with bank payment processes and statutory payroll reporting
  • Experience in AMS/production support environments, managing incidents and service requests
  • Team leadership experience with strong technical, hands-on capability
  • English — Advanced
