About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop and manage APIs and integration flows using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Collaborate with other developers to create cohesive, best-fit integration solutions
- Develop projects according to provided specifications and ensure adherence to best practices
- Design communication architectures between solutions, aiming for resource reuse and solution simplicity
- Gather and interpret requirements to develop Mule services/integrations, following MuleSoft architectural best practices
- Design RESTful APIs with RAML using MuleSoft, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for APIs and API Manager
- Create/structure enterprise APIs and develop solutions
- Design and implement multiple interface services to connect SOAP web services, databases and internal/external REST services
- Develop, build, deploy and test MuleSoft applications/APIs (Experience APIs, Process APIs and System APIs)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform development
- Experience in Mule design and development with on-premises and CloudHub deployments
- Proficiency in designing and developing APIs and integration flows
- Experience with backend integrations
- Familiarity with source control tools and project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of API lifecycle management
- Experience performing application performance tuning
- Background in software development, software integration and/or ESB
- Working knowledge of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB and Oracle)
- Up to date with new trends in technology and development
- Desirable: experience with service- and event-oriented architecture solutions
- Desirable: MuleSoft Developer certification
