About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant in a remote role
- Work on SAP Fieldglass implementation and support projects
- Configure and parameterize the SAP Fieldglass platform
- Work with third‑party hiring processes, onboarding, timesheets, service approvals, and billing/invoicing
- Gather requirements and produce functional documentation
- Work on integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
- Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Assignment duration: expected 4 months
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation or support projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass External Workforce Management and Services Procurement
- Experience configuring and parameterizing the platform
- Knowledge of third‑party hiring processes, onboarding, timesheets, service approvals, and billing/invoicing
- Experience in requirements gathering and preparing functional documentation
- Experience with integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
- Strong analytical skills for problem solving and continuous process improvement
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Advanced English
- Preferred: experience in SAP S/4HANA projects
- Preferred: knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Preferred: experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP CPI, or integrations via APIs
- Preferred: knowledge of Vendor Management System (VMS) processes
