About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) and Salesforce engagement tools.
  • Create personalized experiences across digital channels based on user behavior and profiles.
  • Develop segmentation rules, recommendations, and personalized campaigns.
  • Integrate data from different sources to support real-time personalization strategies.
  • Configure omnichannel journeys and experiences focused on engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Technology teams to implement new initiatives.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented actions and propose continuous improvements.
  • Ensure technical quality, scalability, and development best practices within the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience developing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Engagement and Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).
  • Experience implementing digital personalization strategies and customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of data integration and Salesforce solution architecture.
  • Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and web development.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience in digital marketing, CRM, or Customer Experience (CX) projects.
